Our cuisine

Oregon's Alpenfest offers artisan bratwurst, sauerkraut, strudel and the best beer this side of Munich.

Our Mill Rose Farm bratwurst from Barrington, Ill. – smack in the middle of the Midwest polka-and-sausage belt – is sourced for us by The Dollar Stretcher grocery in Enterprise.

Mt. Joseph Family Foods in Joseph makes our official Alpenfest sauerkraut using a traditional recipe with caraway seeds and juniper berries as the not-so-secret ingredients. The kraut, made with green or red cabbage, is available at Mt. Joseph Family Foods year-round.

Our strudel is baked fresh daily for us by Sugar Time Bakery in Enterprise.

Terminal Gravity Brewery of Enterprise, whose microbrews are known throughout Oregon and beyond, creates Alpenfest Ale seasonally to coincide with Oregon's Alpenfest. We always hold the ceremonial tapping of the brew's first keg at our Thursday Accordions at Alpenfest event at TG's brewpub.
