Our cuisine

Oregon's Alpenfest offers artisan bratwurst, sauerkraut, strudel and regional microbrews from eastern Oregon, the Pacific Northwest's fastest-growing beer-lovers' destination.

Our German smoked bratwurst comes from Hines Meat Co., an extraordinary butcher shop in La Grande, Oregon.

Our strudel is baked fresh daily for us by Sugar Time Bakery in Enterprise. Alpenfest Sauerkraut is made at Market Place Fresh Foods in Joseph.

Terminal Gravity Brewery of Enterprise, whose microbrews are known throughout Oregon and beyond, creates an Alpenfest beer seasonally to coincide with Oregon's Alpenfest. We always hold the ceremonial tapping of the brew's first keg at our Thursday Accordions at Alpenfest event at TG's brewpub.

Other brews come from Terminal Gravity and Barley Brown's in Baker City.
